Here at Water-Tite we work with all insurance carriers and over the years have developed a strong working relationship with local insurance adjusters. We makes the claims process very simple for customers. Below are a few simple steps you can follow to ensure your claim is processed with the utmost efficiency.
- Call Water-Tite Roofing 817/443-9777 for a free roof inspection. We will inspect your roof within 24 hours of your call, usually same-day. If a claim is warranted we will let you know right then and there!
- Call your insurance carrier and file a (wind & hail) claim. The claims department will schedule a date and time for an adjuster to inspect your roof and evaluate loss based on exterior and interior damage.
- Call Water-Tite Roofing and let us know the date and time of the adjuster meeting. We will be on site to ensure the inspection is thorough and represent you.
